Month 2 - Strategic Unmasking
Develop authentic executive presence, disclosure strategies, and communication approaches that honor your processing style – without the exhaustion.
Month 3 - Systems Design

The program investment is $5,500 per participant. Early bird pricing of $4,995 is available for those who commit by November 30, 2025.

The entire program is delivered virtually via Zoom, making it accessible regardless of your location.

Your investment includes 6 monthly cohort sessions, 3 private 1:1 coaching sessions (55 minutes each), the full Hogan Assessment Suite ($2,000 value) with personalized debrief, the Neural Edge Leadership Toolkit, and 6 months of community access.

The program requires a minimum of 5 participants. If we don’t reach this by January, we may delay by one month. If minimum enrollment isn’t met by February, you’ll receive a full refund or can convert to individual coaching.

We maintain a rigorous selection process to ensure cohort quality. Participants must be at Director level or above and demonstrate readiness for development work, ensuring peer learning happens at your level.

Plan for one 2-hour cohort session monthly, plus your three 1:1 coaching sessions scheduled throughout the program. Between sessions, expect 1-2 hours of reflection and application work.

Yes, many participants use employer professional development budgets. We can provide documentation needed for reimbursement.
